We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CRM Product Strategist to join our dynamic team. As a CRM Product Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and managing our company's customer relationship management (CRM) platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and IT, to identify business needs and opportunities for CRM platform development. This role will report directly to the Sales Enablement Manager and will work closely key leaders within the Marketing, Sales and IT teams.

As the CRM Product Strategist, you will lead our global CRM product alongside our marketing, sales, IT and transformation teams. You should be a highly driven individual with a desire to lead the CRM product in meeting the needs of the business in serving our clients. Position requires the ability to innovate, influence, lead, and manage change thoughtfully and positively. Must possess strong project and change management skills and a strategic perspective.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, IT and Transformation, to ensure the CRM product aligns with business goals and objectives.

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap for our company's CRM product in alignment with the business vision.

  • Identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features based on business needs and market trends.

  • Define, prioritize and design requirements for new features and enhancements, working closely with the Sales, Marketing, IT and Transformation teams.

  • Monitor and analyze user feedback to inform product enhancements and improve experience.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and inform product development decisions.

  • Manage the release process, including testing and rollout of new features and enhancements.

  • Develop and foster a community of CRM users to enable system adoption and active feedback loop.

  • Develop, manage and execute the communication strategy to the business.

  • Develop and deliver training and documentation to ensure users are equipped to effectively use the CRM product.

  • Analyze and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of the CRM product and inform future development decisions.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to CRM product development and customer engagement.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on CRM platforms or related technology.

  • Proven track record of successful product development and management, including experience developing product roadmaps and leading cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across functions and teams.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot or other CRM product is preferred.
