Your principal responsibility will be to oversee all stages of our company's proposal process, ensuring the alignment of our technical and commercial offerings with our mission to enhance sustainability and positive change. Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in the early stages of project development by providingoptimal solutions to meet their project requirements.Identify client priorities and Win Themes.
Manage the development and preparation of all assigned Engineering Service proposals, progressing from the initial conceptual phase to submittingfirm proposals.
Ensure proposals are prepared promptly and comply with both internal review procedures and client requirements, and are company brand compliant.
Oversee the proposal plan, draft storyboards, and proposal/win strategies.
Supervise review meetings and approve proposal materials in response to reviews and requests.
Coordinate the review process for the go/no-go decision and the official proposal kickoff meeting.
Oversee the creation and preparation for client interviews and client presentations.
Handle Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activity and global practice or regional office reporting.
Lead and motivate international cross-functional teams to provide top-tier solutions.
Clearly communicate the scope of work and services to both the client and the internal execution group.
Guarantee proposal compliance with local specifications, regulations, and safety standards by collaborating with technology providers, project execution, and plant operations.
Prepare presentations for key updates
Participate/FacilitateGo/No Go meetings, risk assessment meetings with senior management & proposal team
Familiar with prequalification criteria, registration requirementsfor Indian domestic clients, and online bidding and tendering requirements for private domestic as well as International clients.
Interpret and establish organizational policies, procedures, and strategic goals.
Qualifications
A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, or other relevant field, plus a minimum of 10 years industry experience in Oil, Gas, Chemical, or related fields (Chemical or Mechanical Engineers preferred)
10-20 years of relevant experience in the EPC industry and projects.
A comprehensive understanding of the oil, gas, and chemical industry, and the latest trends on sustainability.
Experience with international and domestic clients.
Prior experience preparing and coordinating the preparation of qualification submittals.
Experience in proposal execution, workflow knowledge, and proposal experience for Engineering Consultants (Front End engineering , EPCM, PMC, Owners Engineering)
A deep understanding of estimation methods and workflow, and interfaces in various engineering disciplines.
Proven success in managing interdisciplinary teams of engineers to develop customized proposals.
Project Management experience/knowledge and exposure to a multi-office project execution environment.
Ability to expedite to ensure timely receipt of proposal deliverables.
Good Understanding of Procurement and Construction Management processes.
Conversant withterms and conditions and commercial knowledge
Capable of managing evolving requirements and making quick impact assessments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Strategic perspective and initiative.
Previous experience developing and delivering training presentations related to proposal communications, proposal strategies, business development, and/or pursuit strategies.
Self-driven, results oriented with excellent managerial skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
