You will manage multi-disciplined teams of engineers and technicians to deliver roadway and interchange projects, including geometric design, drainage design, utility coordination and traffic control plans. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field from an ABET accredited program.

  • Minimum of 7 years related experience.

  • Candidate must be a licensed Professional Engineer (PE).

  • General business and financial calculation knowledge.

  • Knowledge of transportation design guides including the AASHTO Greenbook, the Roadside Design Guide, and MUTCD.

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, Microsoft Project, and P6.

  • Past roadway design project management experience for municipal and DOT clients. Experience managing major interstate and interchange projects a plus.
