Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CRM Product Strategist to join our dynamic team. As a CRM Product Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and managing our company's customer relationship management (CRM) platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and IT, to identify business needs and opportunities for CRM platform development. This role will report directly to the Sales Enablement Manager and will work closely key leaders within the Marketing, Sales and IT teams. This position will be an in-office setting at our World Headquarters in Kansas City.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and IT, to ensure the CRM platform aligns with business goals and objectives
Develop and execute the product roadmap for our company's CRM platform in alignment with the business vision
Identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features based on business needs and market trends
Define, prioritize and design requirements for new features and enhancements, working closely with the Sales, Marketing, and IT teams
Monitor and analyze user feedback to inform product enhancements and improve experience
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and inform product development decisions
Manage the release process, including testing and rollout of new features and enhancements
Develop and foster a community of CRM users to enable system adoption and active feedback loop
Develop, manage and execute the communication strategy to the business
Develop and deliver training and documentation to ensure users are equipped to effectively use the CRM platform
Analyze and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of the CRM platform and inform future development decisions
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to CRM platform development and customer engagement

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
Minimum of 7 years relevant consulting experience, preferably in product management, with a focus on CRM platforms or related technology
Proven track record of successful product development and management, including experience developing product roadmaps and leading cross-functional teams
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across functions and teams
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools
Knowledge of Dynamics, Salesforce or other CRM platforms is preferred
