Recognizing top talent.

We appreciate the unique value veterans and reservists bring to our company. We prize their self-motivation, communication skills, perspectives, and approaches to problem-solving that broaden the range of solutions we can bring to our clients. It's why people like Jessica thrive here. She commits to everything she pursues, from her career in the Armed Forces to her work today.

Burns & McDonnell is proud to be an active participant in the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) . We’re active in the U.S. Army Partnership for Youth Success (PaYS) , making sure soldiers and cadets can prepare for a civilian future during their military service, and we're taking part in the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation's 2018 Hiring Our Heroes Program . We’re honored to be on Forbes Magazine’s 2020 list of America's Best Employers for Veterans . We’ve also pledged our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant to provide support to veterans across the United Kingdom.

"When I've been deployed, the Burns & Mac family has been such a comfort to my family. It's a wholeheartedness that feels pretty special. They took my wife to our Christmas party, stayed connected to our kids. That kind of support is priceless."
