Description
This candidate will join our Information Technology department and work directly with the business to provide high-quality project consultation for Monday.com. We are looking for an organized professional to apply self-initiative, technical quality and creativity, with a strong emphasis on customer commitment, industry best practices, and continuous improvement.
Analyze commercially available software and perform gap analysis for buy vs. build decisions.
Apply critical thinking to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.
Participate in planning and design sessions with internal business units.
Follow best practices to influence design and business processes.
Execute ongoing release management to ensure an informed, efficient, and confident user base.
Perform technical analysis of existing reusable software components for inclusion in solution.
Lead code review sessions for artifacts delivered by partners.
Ensure customizations and plugins are well documented.
Develop custom components based on user requirements when appropriate.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or applicable years of experience in lieu of degree.
4 years developing business-user-facing applications.
Monday.com admin certification strongly preferred.
Monday.com APi certification strongly preferred.
Knowledge of server-side technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, or Ruby.
Experience with React (preferred).
Familiar with Git, Agile methodologies and ability to work with databases such as SQL, Dataverse.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to connect technology solutions to business needs.
Ability to work independently.
