Role Overview

As a Full Stack software developer, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless data flow within

Foundry. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain robust

data pipelines. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our organization’s data-driven

initiatives. As a Data Engineer you will be involved in Business requirements, problem statements

and developing end-to-end solutions using Palantir. Incumbent will play a paramount role in

transforming the Organization on Palantir. This role is not limited to only Data Engineer as it also

demands exciting responsibilities of Business analyst.

Responsibilities and Duties

Technical:-

  1. Front-End Development:
  • Develop and maintain user-facing features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and

frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

  • Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders.

  1. Back-End Development:
  • Develop and manage server-side logic using languages like Node.js, Python, Ruby,

Java, or PHP.

  • Design and maintain APIs and database schema that supports the front-end.

  • Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.

  • Implement security and data protection protocols.

  1. Database Management:
  • Design, create, and manage databases using SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL

(MongoDB, Cassandra).

  • Write efficient queries, stored procedures, and triggers.

  • Perform database optimization and tuning.

  1. Version Control and Deployment:
  • Use version control systems like Git for source code management.

  • Automate deployment pipelines and continuous integration/continuous

deployment (CI/CD) processes.

  • Manage cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for application deployment

and scalability.

  1. Testing and Debugging:
  • Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality.

  • Debug and troubleshoot software issues.

  • Implement automated testing platforms and unit tests.

Non Technical:-

  • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the effective use of Palantir

Foundry.

  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, attend weekly meetings

  • Developing User documentation for the Web application

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.

  • Self-driven learning of technologies being adopted by the organization.

  • Work as part of a team of developers, QA, support staff, and DevOps engineers in a

highly collaborative fashion

Qualifications

Eligibility :

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related

field. Equivalent experience is also considered.

  • Experience: 3-8 years of experience in full stack development.

  • Proficiency in front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React.js,

Angular, Vue.js).

  • Strong back-end programming skills in Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or PHP

  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture

  • Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.

  • Experience with CI/CD tools and cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

  • Interest to learn & develop IT skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

  • Ready to work permanently in the 2nd shift (12:30 pm to 9:00 PM) to get 3-4 hours to

coordinate with US Office. This role demands work from office. However, four WFH days

given in a Month.
